Orders placed by 3 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Your order should arrive within 10-17 business days.
International shipping
Orders placed by Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Your order should arrive within 10-20 business days after shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Please go to Returns and Exchanges to download a Return and Exchange form from our website. Please print out and complete this form to include with your return.

Step 2
Cut out the Return Label and affix it to the outside of your package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS or insured Parcel Post.
We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 2-3 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us via e-mail service@goldsakura.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
